1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 567db platform — including the website at 567db.app, all associated game pages, betting markets, account management tools, and payment services — you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. This agreement takes effect from the moment you first access the platform, regardless of whether you have completed account registration.

These terms apply to all users of 567db, including registered players, visitors browsing the platform without an account, and any third party accessing 567db services through an authorised integration. Where a specific product or promotion is subject to additional terms, those supplementary terms will be displayed at the point of participation and shall be read in conjunction with these general Terms & Conditions.

567db communicates with its player community in English. All official communications, including account notifications, promotional materials, transaction confirmations, and updates to these terms, will be delivered in English. It is your responsibility to ensure you understand the content of communications sent to your registered contact details.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

567db is an online entertainment platform providing casino games and sports betting services exclusively to adults. To register an account and use any paid services on 567db, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform.

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. 567db strictly enforces the 18+ age restriction. Players who are found to be under the age of 18 at any point during their use of the platform will have their account immediately closed, any balance returned, and any winnings forfeited.
• Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. You must not be acting on behalf of another individual, corporate entity, or third party when opening a 567db account.
• Personal account only: You must register using your own true identity. Registration using a false name, a pseudonym, another person's identity, or any form of fabricated personal information is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
• Single account: You may hold only one registered account on 567db. If you have previously held an account that was closed for any reason, you must obtain explicit written permission from 567db support before registering again.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order — either requested by you through 567db account settings or imposed by 567db under these Terms & Conditions.
• Sound mental capacity: You must not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that impairs your judgment at the time of registering or conducting financial transactions on the platform.

567db reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time. Verification requests may include a government-issued photo ID (such as a National Identity Card or passport), proof of address, and evidence of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 567db may result in account suspension pending verification.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of 567db services — including depositing funds, placing bets, playing casino games, and withdrawing winnings — you must first register a player account. Registration is free and requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted in the registration form. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information at all times and must update your details promptly if any information changes.

Upon successful registration, 567db will create a player account linked to your registered mobile number. This mobile number serves as the primary identifier for your account and the channel through which security notifications — including one-time passwords (OTPs) and login alerts — are delivered. It is your responsibility to ensure that the mobile number registered to your 567db account remains active and accessible to you at all times.

• Account credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 567db username and password. Do not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Unauthorised access: You must notify 567db immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. 567db will investigate and may temporarily suspend the account pending the outcome of that investigation.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA): 567db offers OTP-based two-factor authentication via your registered Bangladesh mobile number. Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA to add a second layer of security to their account. 567db shall not be liable for losses resulting from a player's failure to enable available security features.
• Device security: You are responsible for ensuring that any device from which you access 567db is free from malware, keyloggers, or other malicious software. Access 567db only from trusted personal devices, and avoid using shared or public computers.
• Password requirements: Your 567db account password must be of sufficient complexity to resist guesswork. Avoid passwords that replicate your username, date of birth, or any information visible on your public social media profiles.

567db will never contact you by telephone, SMS, or email to ask for your account password. Any communication purporting to be from 567db that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately. 567db bears no liability for losses resulting from a player voluntarily disclosing their credentials to a third party, regardless of the circumstances under which that disclosure occurred.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on 567db — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus credits — are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 567db does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and player accounts are not subject to currency conversion. The platform currently supports the following payment methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer via BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank.

• Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit transaction is ৳100 via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Minimum amounts for bank transfers may differ and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Deposit processing: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket deposits are processed in real time and credited to your 567db account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfers may take up to one business day to reflect in your account balance.
• Withdrawal requests: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever operationally possible. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and financial fraud.
• Withdrawal processing time: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of the request being submitted, subject to identity verification requirements being satisfied. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three business days.
• Payment method ownership: The bKash account, Nagad account, Rocket account, or bank account used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in your own name and must match the name on your 567db player account. Third-party payment methods are not permitted.
• Transaction limits: 567db may apply minimum and maximum transaction limits to individual deposits and withdrawals. Current limits are displayed within the cashier section of your account and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Declined transactions: 567db is not responsible for delays or failures caused by the player's payment provider. If a deposit transaction fails, the player should contact their mobile financial service (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) before contacting 567db support.

567db reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requests for documentation evidencing the source of funds deposited into the player's account. Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of this due diligence process. Players who fail to provide the requested documentation within 14 calendar days may have their withdrawal request declined and their account reviewed for compliance with these terms.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

567db offers bonuses and promotional credits to its player community from time to time. These include welcome bonuses for new registrations, reload bonuses on subsequent deposits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), T20 World Cup, Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is subject to specific terms that will be clearly presented alongside the promotional offer at the point it is made available to the player.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds credited to a 567db account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from the account.
• Bonus validity: All bonuses carry an expiry date from the point of credit. Unclaimed or unmet bonuses that expire will be automatically removed from the account balance. No extensions will be granted after expiry.
• Game restrictions: Certain game types may contribute at reduced rates — or not at all — toward bonus wagering requirements. Live casino table bets, for example, may contribute at a different rate from slot spins. The applicable contribution rates are detailed in the individual promotion's terms.
• One bonus at a time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's terms. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses concurrently may result in all associated bonuses being voided.
• Abuse and fraud: 567db monitors account activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of promotional terms in a manner contrary to their intended purpose. Players found to be engaging in such activity will have their bonus voided, their winnings forfeited, and their account suspended.
• Right to modify or withdraw: 567db reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already met the qualifying conditions, any bonus already credited will remain subject to the original terms at the time of crediting.

Promotional offers from 567db are intended for the personal use and entertainment of individual registered players. Coordinated or systematic use of bonus offers by groups of players operating in concert is prohibited. If 567db determines that a player is participating in a coordinated bonus exploitation scheme, all accounts involved may be closed and all balances may be forfeited.

6. Gameplay & Betting Rules

All casino games available on 567db — including live baccarat, Dragon Tiger, roulette, blackjack, Andar Bahar, Callbreak Quick, and all slot and jackpot titles — operate under the rules determined by the respective game studio (such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). Where a conflict exists between the game studio's rules as displayed within the game interface and any general guidance provided by 567db, the game studio's rules take precedence for that specific game.

• Bet settlement: All bets placed on 567db are final once confirmed. Players may not cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system. In the event of a technical error that results in a bet being incorrectly recorded, 567db will investigate and may void or adjust the affected bet at its sole discretion.
• Cricket and sports betting: Bets on cricket matches — including BPL, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments — are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, ICC, BCCI, or equivalent). Abandoned matches, reduced-overs results, and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) adjustments will be handled in accordance with 567db's individual sport-specific betting rules.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: All games and betting markets carry minimum and maximum stake limits displayed within the game or market interface. 567db reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time, including during live in-play betting events.
• Connectivity and technical issues: 567db is not liable for losses resulting from a player's loss of internet connectivity during an active game session or live bet. If a game session is interrupted by a server-side technical fault attributable to 567db, the platform will make reasonable efforts to restore the session or, where restoration is not possible, to refund the interrupted stake.
• Jackpot games: Progressive jackpot prizes are governed by the rules of the specific jackpot network operated by the game studio. 567db facilitates access to jackpot games but does not independently control jackpot prize amounts or the frequency of jackpot triggers.
• Obvious errors: In the event that a price, odds, or payout is displayed on 567db as a result of an obvious error (including, but not limited to, a software malfunction or data feed error), 567db reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous price and to return the original stakes to the player's account.

All game outcomes on 567db are determined by certified random number generators or, in the case of live casino games, by physical dealing and spinning conducted by human dealers operating under studio conditions. 567db does not manipulate game outcomes in favour of or against any individual player or group of players.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Players using the 567db platform are expected to conduct themselves in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and, where applicable, reporting to the relevant authorities.

• Fraudulent deposits: Depositing funds using a stolen, unauthorised, or disputed payment method — including an unauthorised bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account — is a serious criminal act and will be reported to the relevant authorities in Bangladesh.
• Identity fraud: Registering an account using another person's identity, or providing false identity documentation during the verification process, constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure and law enforcement notification.
• Match fixing and insider betting: Placing bets on sporting events — including BPL, IPL, or Bangladesh Tigers matches — using inside information, or in coordination with any individual involved in the event, is strictly prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.
• Collusion: Any form of collusion between two or more players — including in live casino games, Callbreak Quick, or any other multi-player format — is prohibited. This includes chip-dumping, sharing hand information, and coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit the platform.
• Use of automated tools: The use of bots, scrapers, automated betting software, or any tool that artificially interacts with the 567db platform on behalf of a player is prohibited. All account activity must be conducted personally by the registered account holder.
• Exploiting software errors: If a player becomes aware of a software bug, glitch, or error that provides an unfair advantage, they are required to report it to 567db support immediately. Any winnings accumulated through deliberate exploitation of a known error will be voided.
• Offensive behaviour: In any live chat or customer communication channel provided by 567db, players must not use abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or offensive language toward 567db staff or other players.
• Commercial exploitation: Players may not reproduce, redistribute, transmit, publish, or commercially exploit any content, data, odds, or game streaming from the 567db platform without the express written permission of 567db.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

A 567db player account may be closed or suspended either at the request of the player or by decision of 567db in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. The circumstances and consequences of each scenario are described below.

Player-initiated closure: Any registered player may request the closure of their 567db account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before the account is closed, any remaining BDT balance — subject to the withdrawal terms set out in Section 4 and the responsible gaming terms — will be returned to the player's registered payment method. Account closure requests are processed within five business days of receipt.

Self-exclusion: Players who wish to stop using 567db for responsible gaming reasons may activate self-exclusion directly from their account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods range from a minimum of six months to permanent exclusion. During an active self-exclusion period, the player's account is blocked from all deposits, gameplay, and betting activity. Self-exclusion periods cannot be shortened once activated. Platform-initiated suspension: 567db reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity fraud.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Detection of multiple accounts registered to the same individual.
• Conduct that is harmful to the integrity of the platform, its games, or its player community.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or other lawful instruction requiring account action.

In the event of a platform-initiated account closure for reasons of fraud or breach of these terms, 567db reserves the right to withhold any funds held in the account pending investigation. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, those funds may be forfeited. In all other cases of platform-initiated closure, any legitimate remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following the completion of all required checks.
